What is an “Observed Meet”?
An observed meet is a meet conducted under other than USA Swimming rules (i.e. All-City League rules), but has USA Swimming certified officials that observe swims for conformance with USA Swimming technical rules. The meet has permission from the local swimming committee (LSC) to enter the observed swims in the USA Swimming SWIMS database.
